I bought the DUB T for my 13 year old son. It was going to be his ‘fun alternative’ board but it goes so well he uses it as often as his main. I think for him this board surfs better than expected and is great for his overall enjoyment of surfing.

After many years of ordering boards for my son, it was finally time for me to order one from Gav. Gav took the time with me to listen to what I was looking for and suggested the Dub T. What a great choice. To say this board has changed my outlook on surfing is an understatement. I can not get off this thing. The board is super fast and loose and gets through sections without even trying. It has definitely added to my surf fun. I cannot believe it took me this long to order myself a board from 1-DA.
Thanks again Gav and Nikki.

The Dub-T is a great, light, fast board. It goes great in most conditions and is easily one of the best twin fins on the market.
10 out of 10, would definitely recommend.
It’s my new favourite in my quiver… thanks Gav!! 🤙

It’s so fun, it’s sick , I love how loose it is and how I can blow my fins out on my turns.

Finally I have a twin fin, it is an excellent board, which gives me a lot of speed between the curves, it is a fast board and a lot of fun to have in the 🔥💛quiver. I love the twin fin.

I got this board for my wife’s birthday and she loves it!!
Thanks Gavin and 1-DA team for the great and friendly service.
The board is amazing and I even tried it myself!!!

My new DUB T 5′ 7″ I picked up off Gav is so fun! I ride mine as a normal thruster set up which allows me to create a heap of drive off the bottom while still have the speed that the fish shape produces! Recommend this board for knee high to 3-4 foot range. Thanks Gav, killed it!

The Dub T with the twin fin setup is one of the nicest boards I have ridden. The turning was really nice and clean and does easy long bottom turns and fast and snappy small turns, it is really easy to go from slow cruisy turns to throwing out the back foot and flicking the board round really fast. The dimensions of the board were perfect for my weight and size and paddling out and onto waves was easy and duck diving was just as easy as well. Overall the board is good for almost any condition and you will guarantee a good surf on it and you shouldn’t struggle with stability, turning and paddling.

My Dub T model (customised with 5 fin set up) is a really fun board, super-fast and loose but also can hold on a good carv and has heaps of drive of the bottom.
Matt –
The Dub T goes good in all round conditions and can surf it whenever it holds rail but also can throw it around with control and ease, overall it is a very fun board.

My son has had Gav shape his last 3 boards and loves the feel and performance so I thought I’d see what all the fuss was about!
After soaking up an hour of Gav and Nikki’s time talking about all things surfing and what I was after in a board, I walked away eager to try out the new weapon once completed.
I went with the DUB T twin fin. I was a bit suss on the lack of length (5′ 11”) as I’m 6 foot and a few kgs heavier than 30 years ago but Gav assured me it will be the goods.
100% The Goods! My first time out on the board and I was sold! It’s super easy to paddle , easy to pick off waves with more time to set up the bottom turns and so quick down the line. And for the size, it’s extremely stable yet loose when you want it to be.
All in all the most fun in any conditions for me, which is why I’m hooked.
Thanks Team 1-DA for the custom and the time you guys spend with Sam and myself!
One happy guy.
Yeeewww!

Best board I have ridden (DUB T in the 1-DA EXCLUSIVE EPOXY tech) … and I have had a few. The 1-DA EXCLUSIVE EPOXY is awesome. Using Al Merrick FCS 2 twin fins with stabiliser. Board is loose but in control … riding a 5′ 9” with 5′ 10” dims. Sign of a good board is when it glides in early … which this does. Great board.

I started off with buying a board (THE ELITE) off the 1-DA rack and I have had so many great rides, from making out of fast tubes to whacking sloppy washes. So then I bought another board which was a 5’ 8” fish (DUB T) and at this moment, I can finally enjoy crappy small conditions. Two great boards and from two great people. Thank you Nikki and Gavin.

I’ve been riding the 5′ 8” DUB T & loving it! This twin fin is going so very good. I am hoping to use it in the upcoming Masters next week.
