The custom 7’2″ Gun Gavin shaped for me is not only a great, eye-catching specimen but performs remarkably in the water too…especially when things begin to get a bit gnarly in the 6-8ft + range. It has great glide, getting you into the bombs nice and early and locks you in well for a powerful wall after that critical bottom turn. I was very surprised at how the board not only gives me that extra paddling support when currents start moving, but delivers when duck-diving also. I thoroughly recommend I-DA boards, especially the Gun. My mates have commented on the quality of Gav’s craftsmanship.”
